At Intek we do not just see ourselves as a manufacturer we think of ourselves as a service provider. Where our competitors shirk responsibilities we embrace them, where our competitors charge outrageous fees for minor design changes we welcome this as a part of the design process. Below are details of the services we feel are of the utmost importance and will keep you coming back.
Design Services
Intek’s design services are available to all customers. Creating a bespoke product needn’t be stressful. Below is the process we employ to keep the product development as simple as possible.
An initial consultation on the phone will spark the design process. In a short conversation your dedicated designer will be able to obtain a good impression of what kind of product you are after.

- Because we are aware that cost is always important your designer will either suggest a standard product or will adapt a standard product to better suit your needs, this reduces development time and costs.
- If your needs truly are bespoke your designer will set about creating a concept CAD model and budget price for your approval. It is at this point when a site survey will be conducted (if necessary) at your convenience. By creating a concept first we hope to increase the efficiency of the site survey and give any meeting a good talking point.
- Prior to manufacture we can supply you with sample finishes.
- Once the concept is approved, the design will be completed ready for manufacture and an accurate final price produced and delivery deadline set.
Corporate Branding
We understand that either your company’s branding or that of your customers is very important. So we give you the opportunity to place your name or logo on the product you are purchasing. Colour matching
We do keep a range of stock colours. We can however also cater for special colours; if you have a RAL number, a Dulux number or BS number we can create a perfect match with our flawless durable paint finish. Veneer Selection
Choose one of our standard veneers (shown on the left) or let us know your specific requirements and we shall search our wide range of veneer suppliers for the best match available. *
Quotation Process
Our aim is to make it as simple as possible to get you the price you need. Below are details or our different methods of quotation.
- Standard product prices can be viewed live on our Website product pages; for reseller discounts please sign up or log in.
- If you require quantities of one product please contact us for discounted prices.
- Bespoke projects are quoted for on an individual basis, so please send us an enquiry form or give us a call.
Onsite Consultation
Where onsite consultations are required we will send out one of our project managers to meet with you and or your client. These meetings are invaluable when creating bespoke solutions. By talking in person we can gauge an accurate impression of exactly what it is you are after. Your furniture consultant will also utilise this time to take any necessary measurements and photographs to avoid the need for any unnecessary repeat visits.
Delivery and Installation
We have spent many years building a trusted relationship with our courier which allows us to offer competitive delivery pricing whilst being confident your goods will arrive in perfect condition.
We also have a professional installation service. Your installation team will have an in depth knowledge of the product they are installing helping the project to run smoothly and efficiently. Our teams are well versed in on-site etiquette so whether they are required to take part in site inductions, wear appropriate PPE or work discreetly in an office environment they will arrive prepared.
